Terms of use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the GoMySalon platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), operated by GoMySalon S.L. By registering or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service description

GoMySalon is a booking management and administration platform designed for hair salons and beauty parlors. The service includes:

  • Online booking and calendar management.
  • Management of professionals, services and clients.
  • Online booking widget to embed in your website.
  • Working hours and time-off management.
  • Statistics and billing dashboard.

2. Registration and account

To use the Platform you must create an account by providing truthful, up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
  • All activity carried out from your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms or remain inactive for more than 12 months.

3. Plans and subscriptions

The Platform offers a 14-day free trial. After it ends, you must select a paid subscription plan to continue using the service. The available plans and prices are detailed on the Platform's pricing page.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform responsibly. The following is prohibited:

  • Using the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempting to access accounts, systems or networks without authorization.
  • Uploading malicious or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the Platform's source code.
  • Using the Platform to send spam, unsolicited advertising or mass communications.
  • Intentionally overloading the Platform's infrastructure.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform (including software, design, brand, logos and content) belong to GoMySalon S.L. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Platform (your salon data, clients, bookings, logo, etc.).

6. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. As data controller for your clients' data, you agree to:

  • Obtain the necessary consent from your clients to register their data on the Platform.
  • Use your clients' data exclusively for managing your salon.
  • Comply with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, Spanish LOPDGDD).

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the Platform available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out scheduled maintenance, which will be notified in advance when possible. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:

  • Third-party service failures (internet providers, hosting, payment gateways).
  • Force majeure events.
  • User actions affecting the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoMySalon S.L. will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
  • Loss of profits, data or clientele.
  • Business decisions made based on information from the Platform.

GoMySalon S.L.'s total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the triggering event.

9. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your account at any time. After cancellation:

  • You will lose access to the Platform at the end of the current billing period.
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days to allow reactivation. After this period, it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You can request an export of your data before deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, after notice to the user except in urgent cases.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to any consumer jurisdiction under applicable law.
